Choose Definitions > Currencies to define the currencies you use. The default base-currency window appears. Change its name to the currency you use, as shown below.

Click Add to define another currency, then enter its name and exchange rate. For example, if the base currency is the Syrian pound and you add the US dollar, an illustrative rate in the dollar record could be 10,000 Syrian pounds per US dollar. This is an example, not a current market rate. You can view the currency record and its exchange-rate schedule in the lower table. Set minimum and maximum exchange rates to prevent users from entering rates outside those limits.
